Serena Hunza (Karimabad)
Terraced gardens with the whole amphitheatre on stage.

Serena Hunza is Karimabad's establishment address: terraced gardens above the old town with Rakaposhi, Diran and Ultar arranged across the valley like a set design. Rooms run roughly PKR 35,000–80,000; valley-view deluxe rooms and the garden terraces at breakfast are the property's whole argument — and a strong one.
Hunza's hotel scene has exploded, but Serena still owns the fundamentals: the view axis, mature gardens, dependable food and the walk-everywhere position below Baltit Fort. On our Hunza Royal itinerary it takes the first nights, before the Attabad water act.
Request valley-view explicitly — garden-facing rooms are pleasant but this property is about the skyline. Autumn (mid-October) from these terraces, when the poplars go amber under fresh snow, is arguably Pakistani tourism's single best week.
The reliable first act of any serious Hunza itinerary — valley-view rooms only.

Serena Hunza or Luxus Attabad?
Different products: Serena for Karimabad's skyline, forts and walkability; Luxus for the lake at your toes. Our Hunza Royal books both in sequence — skyline first, water second — and guests consistently endorse the order.
